NEW YORK – July 28, 2026 – Marlabs, a leading AI consulting and transformation provider, today announced it has been named to the 2026-2027 U.S. News Best Companies to Work For rankings.

Marlabs earned a “Best” badge in 3 categories:

  • Best Companies to Work For – Overall
  • Best Companies to Work For – Consulting and Human Resources
  • Best Companies to Work For – Northeast

U.S. News & World Report created the rankings after evaluating 3,900 public and private companies across 14 industries. Companies were assessed across six workplace dimensions: quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development.

“AI transformation is won or lost on talent, and this recognition reflects the workplace we have built to attract and keep the best,” said Thomas Collins, CEO of Marlabs. “Our research shows talent and skills gaps are now the No. 1 barrier to driving enterprise AI value. A workplace where more than 2,200 experts can grow their careers and do their best work is not only a perk—it is how we deliver measurable AI outcomes for our clients.”

The rankings come as organizations face growing pressure to prepare their workforces for enterprise AI. The Marlabs Research’s 2026 Enterprise AI Adoption Playbook found that 62% of executives identify talent shortages and AI skills gaps as their leading barrier to scaling AI, and only 36% of employees are satisfied with the AI training they receive.

“The 2026-2027 job market is rapidly shifting the way employers, employees and job seekers think about work, and subsequently, workplace culture,” said U.S. News Vice President of Careers Carly Chase. “The list spotlights companies that scored high on multiple metrics that promote a positive work environment and everyday employee experience.”

U.S. News & World Report used publicly available employee sentiment and other workforce-related information to develop the ratings. Data from Glassdoor, QUODD, ZoomInfo, Revelio Labs, and Good Jobs First was used to evaluate the employee experience, with additional input from an expert panel and U.S. News’ editorial team.
