Challenge

The client, a multinational beverage corporation with over 69,000 employees, faced inefficiencies in campaign performance tracking due to manual data collection and fragmented reporting processes. Excel-based workflows created delays and limited managers’ ability to access timely insights, slowing down decision-making across regions.

Solution

Marlabs implemented a four-phase solution using intelligent automation and advanced analytics.

Data extraction & automation

In the first phase, the team automated data extraction from internal financial systems. SQL-based workflows replaced manual collection, reducing effort and improving reliability. Automation design and workflow setup ensured consistent data flow into the analytics system.

Semantic data modeling & transformation
