The challenge

Feliz 7 Play’s legacy experience made it hard for viewers to discover new content, build a personal connection with the platform, and keep coming back. Fragmented navigation and a static homepage limited engagement and contributed to churn.

Our approach

We led end‑to‑end UX strategy and multi‑device UIdesign, creating a modular homepage that adapts toeach viewer’s interests. Personalized profiles, watch‑lists, and smart recommendation rows were mapped aroundkey moments of use—live services, catch‑up viewing, and kids & family content—then prototyped for bothdesktop and mobile.

  • Introduced a flexible layout that marketing teams can reconfigure for campaigns without redesign.
  • Set the foundation for future AI‑driven recommendations using viewing behavior and faith interests.
