Marcos is the CEO of Monitora, a Marlabs company. His primary responsibilities involve implementing Marlabs’ strategy in Brazil and tailoring global strategies to meet the specific needs and conditions of the Brazilian market. Additionally, he leads the local team, ensuring that everyone understands and aligns with the company’s global objectives.

Marcos became a partner at Monitora in 2015, and under his leadership, the company has expanded its operations by more than 20 times. His previous career includes leadership roles in Project Management, Development, and Innovation at prominent companies in the technology, telecommunications, and education sectors. Marcos is the author of over 10 books on management and information technology and has an established reputation as an academic, having taught at renowned institutions such as FGV and USP.

Marcos’ academic background includes a degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCAR), an MBA in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP), and a Master’s in Software Engineering from UFSCAR.
