How have you “Built your own Marlabs?”
I joined the firm as an associate consultant. During my time at Marlabs, I took a “Take 2,” a two-month leave of absence, and studied Hindi in the Himalayas, helped Marlabs develop intellectual property (IP) on how to get women to the top and had an internal role with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice. I’m passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, for our clients and at Marlabs, and have been able to lead several office efforts on the topic both at my home office and at a firm level.
