Prior to Marlabs, Usha was MD at Accenture India.

A skilled business leader with measurable experience in a global environment including the US, Usha has previously worked with Fortune 500s in the Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure sector. Revered in the industry for her leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Usha holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Mysore University and a master’s degree in computer science from PACE University, New York.

Todd is the COO at Marlabs and a member of the Marlabs Board. His key responsibilities include business strategy and execution. Todd is also responsible for M&A and post M&A integration at Marlabs as well as leading commercial reengineering initiatives. He brings with him deep consulting experience in financial modelling as well as being a recognised people leader with a keen eye for building high performance teams.

Todd’s previous experiences include Alight Solutions where he was the business unit CFO of their global payroll BPO, Workday implementation and managed services businesses. During his tenure, he led the integration of 4 acquisitions, and was actively involved in developing commercial strategies and deal structures. Todd led through the structure and negotiation of transferring Alight’s 9,500 colleague Indian entity to an Indian IT services major as a managed captive transaction.Todd holds a Bachelor’s in Finance & Marketing from the University of Oregon and an MBA from DePaul University.

Prathima is the Chief People Officer at Marlabs and will lead the people function globally. Her primary focus areas will include culture transformation, global M&A, organization development and global people policies. With a Masters in Statistics from Bangalore University and a Postgraduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Prathima has a passion for people and her proven capabilities in translating business visions and strategies into actionable goals has made her a trusted business partner for key stakeholders and leaders.

Since 2013, Prathima has been responsible for the people function of Marlabs’ India Development Center, while taking on several global projects that have contributed to the company’s growth.

Prior to joining Marlabs, she has held key leadership positions at Huawei, 2adpro Media Solutions (now Deloitte Digital) and Siemens Information Systems Limited.

Greg is a creative thinking leader that works with clients to find the right balance between design and technology. During his successful 30-year career, Greg has successfully managed teams that looked to regularly reinvent themselves to work with clients to think differently.

Greg has extensive consulting and sales experience in the areas of HR strategy, risk management, security and attestation. He has worked with clients that are some of the largest enterprises in the world.

Prior to joining Marlabs, Greg has had successful leadership stints with Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt, and KPMG.

Greg is a proud Oklahoma native and has earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Sanjay leads our overarching strategy to promote sustainable growth of shareholder values while safeguarding the interest of employees, clients and partner ecosystem. He also leads and manages the inhouse legal department. Sanjay plays an advisory role in strategic transactions and continues to oversee corporate governance in its highest form at Marlabs.

Sanjay holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India , an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MS in Information Systems from Arizona State University’s W.P.Carey School of Business and a JD from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Jay is responsible for growing the PS and Transformation business worldwide, driving Sales and Delivery to enhance our digital revenues in this space. He has played a vital role in building the company from the dozen or so employees when he joined in 1997 to over 2,500 digital professionals today.

A seasoned business leader, Jay also plays a key role in incubating new NextGen technologies and has spearheaded the development of major Marlabs offerings. His 25+ years of business experience also includes managing a supply chain and serving as an account head for the in-house media/advertising agency at a leading Indian corporation.

An engineer by training, Siby has over 30 years’ experience in transforming businesses through the strategic injection of digital capabilities. He is also a mentor and digital advisor to Columbia University Executive Master’s Program in Technology Management.

A technologist at heart and business leader in mind, Madhavan has successfully executed large, complex business and technology transformations for several global enterprises, alongside spearheading their research, innovation and inorganic growth initiatives.

Madhavan is part of several customer, industry and academic councils for R&D, innovation, transformation and architecture, and is a strategist and advisor for several startups. Being an inventor himself, Madhavan has led efforts contributing to more than two dozen patentable techniques. Purnima has over 23 years of experience in providing marketing and strategic thought leadership to large organizations.
Prior to joining Marlabs, Purnima was the CMO of Microland Limited, an IT services organization. Her earlier stints include EVP and CMO of CSS Corp., as well as serving as Head of Marketing at Infosys BPO and Avaya GlobalConnect.

Purnima is the recipient of numerous awards for Online & Social Marketing (gold medal) and awards for Excellence in Brand Management. She has also been included in the list of 100 most Innovative Marketing Leaders in 2019. Purnima is a graduate of Shriram College of Commerce and hold a postgraduate degree from Delhi School of Economics.

Anish manages our global talent force, ensuring we bring in, nurture, and get the very best from our 2,500 people around the world. He is a career HR professional with decades of experience managing professionals in technology, IT, and consulting.

Anish joined us from Mindtree, where he worked for 19 years. There, he successfully positioned the company as an employer of choice, was part of the senior management team that grew it to a billion-dollar organization, and was instrumental in directing and supporting major transformation initiatives and change management programs. Prior to Mindtree, Anish was Head of HR at Sasken and worked in EY’s consulting practice.

Anish actively participates with India-based professional organizations like the National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom) and the National Human Resource Network (NHRN), where he served in the Executive Council of the Bangalore Chapter. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PDGM) in human resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) and a Master of Laws in labor law from Symbiosis Law School.

Ashwani is responsible for growing our solutions revenue worldwide, driving Sales and Account Management to find new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

A P&L leader with a strong background in sales and operations, Ashwani has almost three decades of experience in growing revenues and serving clients. Prior to Marlabs, he was Managing Partner and mentor to the CEO and the Board at AB Advisory, New Jersey. Before that, he held a Senior VP position at Tech Mahindra, turning around their healthcare and telecom/media/entertainment practices, and delivering high double-digit revenue growth in each.

Ashwani has also held senior positions with Ness (SVP and Chief Client Officer) and UST Global (General Manager). He is an electrical engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering and also holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Manish Singhvi is responsible for Marlabs financial strategy and management. His purview also includes driving business transformation through strategic planning, and cost optimization, as well as heading up M&A activities.

Prior to joining Marlabs, Manish was group CFO at SLK Group. Before that, he held financial leadership roles at MphasiS and Hitachi. In his 20+ years of experience in financial and operational roles, Manish has demonstrated award-winning expertise in the areas of cost optimization, technology implementation and project management, and financial governance. He has also led multiple successful mergers and acquisitions.

Manish’s accomplishments have been recognized by CFO India magazine, which as named him to the list India’s top 100 CFOs for three years running. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a B.Com (Hons) from the University of Jodhpur.

Ravindra Dekate is responsible for integrated global delivery of Marlabs software solutions and services to customers across the globe. Ravi brings to bear 28+ years of experience in global delivery, account management, and competency development in digital technologies in establishing world class processes and practices and ensuring customer delight.

Prior to Marlabs, Ravi was the Delivery Head for Digital Customer Experience at Capgemini, leading a team of over 3,000 professionals, and also incubating new, technology-based revenue streams. Before Capgemini, Ravi held senior delivery positions at iGate (where he established and grew new service lines encompassing mobility, cloud, analytics, commerce, content, and UI/UX) as well as Mascot Systems and TCS.

A computer engineering graduate from Shivaji University in Kolhapur (Maharashtra), India, Ravi is passionate about delivery and process excellence. He has won the Customer Service Excellence award from NASSCOM BPM Strategy Summit in 2017 and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
