The challenge was to devise a digital strategy for a streaming platform, shifting from a traditional model to a dynamic content system tailored for personalized user experiences. We addressed this by prioritizing customer experience and using high-fidelity prototyping before coding, showcasing our ability to deliver intricate digital solutions. This strategy effectively minimized risks, streamlined and expedited the product development process, and significantly enhanced business outcomes.
The task was to design a digital strategy for a streaming platform, transitioning from a traditional model to a dynamic content system that offers a personalized user experience.
By focusing on customer experience and employing high-fidelity prototyping before coding, we demonstrated our capability to deliver complex digital solutions.

GWorks – Migrate legacy applications and improve CX.
The software company faced the challenge of migrating legacy applications to the cloud, enhancing customer experience for existing and new users, validating user personas, and setting development timelines for successfully deploying new cloud platform features by Q4 2024. We tackled this by refining requirements and creating over 100 visual mock-ups and screens linked to both EPICS and user stories, using a design system for a comprehensive SaaS solution. Two delivery teams were established to develop and deploy solutions concurrently. As a result, the client successfully migrated several legacy platform customers to the cloud application, retiring legacy systems, reducing incidents and support costs, and speeding up onboarding for new customers.
The software company needed to migrate several legacy applications to the cloud, improve CX for both current and new customers, validate user personas and needs, and establish development timelines for delivering critical application capabilities to the cloud platform by Q4 of 2024.
We captured and refined functional and non-functional requirements, delivering over 100 mock-ups and screens tied to EPICS and user stories. A design system was utilized to create a comprehensive solution for four modules on a SaaS platform. Additionally, we stood up two delivery pods to simultaneously develop and deploy the necessary solutions.
This approach enabled the client to onboard many customers to the cloud application, allowing them to retire the legacy systems. The transition resulted in reduced incidents and support costs, as well as decreased onboarding time for new customers.
EHeartEX UnB - Reimagining Heart Health: Digital Solutions for Enhanced Cardiovascular Care
The client faced the challenge of refining their physical rehabilitation app to specialize in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation within a controlled environment, requiring real-time heart rate monitoring and personalized program management for cardiovascular patients. We addressed this by implementing a digital platform with intuitive forms, streamlining the prescription process and eliminating manual calculations. This technical advancement greatly enhanced administrative efficiency and accuracy, resulting in improved patient outcomes and scalable, optimized resource use in healthcare settings.
The client needed to transform their general-use physical rehabilitation app into a specialized tool for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, suitable for use in a laboratory setting. This app had to monitor patients’ heart rates in real-time, guide them to maintain ideal zones during exercise, track session progress, and provide continuous feedback. Additionally, a web-based platform was necessary for healthcare professionals to create personalized rehab programs, manage records, and calculate heart rate zones efficiently.
We replaced manual processes with a digital platform featuring intuitive, user-friendly forms. This innovation allowed healthcare professionals to prescribe rehabilitation programs more efficiently, eliminating manual calculations and streamlining administrative tasks for enhanced productivity and accuracy.

This enhancement led to better patient outcomes, allowing for scalable management of rehabilitation programs and optimized resource utilization in healthcare settings.
