Madhavan Satagopan is the President of Digital Transformation & Strategy at Marlabs and is a Member of the Marlabs Board. His role includes corporate & business strategy, creating a solution & innovation eco-system of partners, startups, customers and academia, incubating NextGen capabilities for a connected digital world and accelerating customers’ digital transformation journeys through a non-linear approach.
From his leadership roles with global enterprises and startups alike, Madhavan brings in a unique blend of vision, strategy, operational rigor and transformational solutioning at the edge of business and technology, while practising a value-system-driven servant-leadership culture. A technologist at heart and business leader in mind, Madhavan has successfully executed large, complex business and technology transformations for several global enterprises, alongside spearheading their research, innovation and inorganic growth initiatives.
Madhavan is part of several customer, industry and academic councils for R&D, innovation, transformation and architecture, and is a strategist and advisor for several startups. Being an inventor himself, Madhavan has led efforts contributing to more than two dozen patentable techniques. Human intelligent systems, cognitive sciences, behavioural faculties and technology-led sustainability solutions are among his core areas of research, learning and interest.
