Marlabs, Inc., a Piscataway, NJ-based software and technology consulting company, has multiple openings for Vice President – Sales (Piscataway, NJ). As a Vice President  Sales, the candidate will be a seasoned business strategist and advisor with responsibility for partnering with business and technology executives to provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and market analysis to guide growth and operational excellence using emerging technologies. Responsibilities includes: Manage digital solution sales of our business: Coordinate sales activities by working with presales , delivery ,  technology partners, vendors, and clients concerning  the use of emerging technologies such as RPA , AI/ML, Data science and other relevant digital technologies. Manage and expand client relationships  continual needs assessment  relationship plan. Analyze market statistics to formulate go to market plan  for our products , solutions and services. Assist vendors ,business partners  and clients in promoting organizations capabilities . Further develop strategic technology roadmap for customers.  Review market analyses  to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaigns to achieve goals of  the company. Manage planning and standardization to eliminate unprofitable services from sales line. Represent company at industry association meetings to promote our products , solutions and services. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units. Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales. Collaborate with sales, marketing, contract support, legal support, architecture and portfolio teams, set deadlines, move the project forward till contract signature, project kick off and oversee smooth delivery of the project. May recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work. Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for those accounts and territories assigned. Req.: Mater’s Degree (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE) in CompSci, any Engg, CIS, Science, Math, Business or related with three years’ exp.  Other requirements: (1) At least three years experience in leading Go To Market initiatives for Digital Transformation & enterprise services within the BFSI industry. (2) At least 3 years of experience as an Sales Director responsible for areas of expertise include Customer Experience Analytics, Risk Analytics, Geospatial Data Integration, Cyber RiskMitigation and Supply Chain  Analytics. (3) At least 3 years of experience in Software/Test Automation, Data/Application Integration, Banking Functions (including but not limited to Core Banking, Capital Market, Investment Management, Asset Management , Loan Origination and the like ) CRM, RPA, Machine Learning , Data Science & Cloud.. 9 AM – 6 PM, Mon – Fri;.
