Responsible for B2B IT Staffing and project solutions by developing and maintaining lasting relationships with decision makers seeking technical professionals and services. Perform marketing activities to improve sales including establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Manage and tracked recruiting data to meet metrics and business expectations (volume, quality and cost). Design and execute customized candidate recruiting strategies to attract top talent for running both full cycle searches and sourcing supported searches. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams). Knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle, Software Project Management and programming languages. Headhunting the best of the industry from the industry & Demonstrate capacity to develop and maintain work ethic, and the ability to work well in both team-orientation and self-directed environment. Specialties: Recruiting, process design, strategy, policy development, applicant tracking system. OTHER REQUIREMENTS At least two years of experience in Information Technology (IT) recruiting of software and networking professionals with a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, and regional and national recruitment strategies. In addition, Experience in technical screening candidates on different technologies – Java/J2EE, .Net, SAP, SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, Hyperion Essbase, SAP, CRM and Quality Assurance. At least six months of experience in Business Development, management and e-commerce and also in establishing Business relationships, Partner with key stakeholders and develop interviewing and screening techniques with hiring managers and interview teams; Knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle, Software Project Management and programming languages such as on C++, HTML, SQL, PL/SQL; Integration and configuration of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO.
