These manifests were processed manually and entered into the cargo management system for submission to US Customs and Border Protection Agency. Solution:
The UiPath robot read incoming emails with attached cargo manifests. PDF attachments were read using ABBYY (OCR reader) and automatically entered into web-based cargo management application using UiPath. The SaaS application is being used to make submissions to US customs.
