At Marlabs, we are obsessed about quality – it is a way of life. We strive for excellence in all our processes and project deliverables.

To this end, Marlabs has established a robust and flexible Process and Quality Management System (PQMS) – based on industry best practices and models such as SEI CMMI, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001, SAS, PMBOK, and PCMM. We are currently assessed at CMMI Level 3.

A dedicated Process and Quality Management Team is chartered with the responsibility for Quality Assurance and instituting Quality Management processes. Our mature quality systems increase predictability and productivity while lowering defect rates and TCO.

The Marlabs PQMS incorporates various development methods and life cycle activities such as the traditional Waterfall method, the Incremental and Iterative method, and the Prototype method.

For implementing quality processes - including effort logging, resource utilization, and skills database management - Marlabs utilizes a mix of best-in-class third-party tools and internally developed tools, which address our unique needs.
