The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program was presented by NJBIZ and The Best Companies Group, and was sponsored by J.H. Cohn and North Fork Bank, in partnership with the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce and the New Jersey chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers. The program acknowledges the top 50 companies in two groups: medium-sized companies (25 to 199 employees) and large-sized companies.
