Senior Developer/Architect - SalesForce.Com
Duration - Full-Time
Location - Phoenix , AZ
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead/support validation efforts and deliverables for projects requiring validation.
· Create and execute validation test scripts and document test results in accordance with standards.
· Review and evaluate validation assessments for application systems/projects.
· Review/revise Validation Policy and SOP’s as directed.
· File validation documentation within following Quality Assurance Library guidelines.
COMPETENCIES:
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, Customer Service Focused;
· Information Technology background,
· experience within a Quality/Regulated environment;
· System Audit /Validation background/experience;
· excellent organizational and project management skills including SDLC.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate Degree minimum or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
· Minimum 2 years experience with validated systems within a regulated industry.
· Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures and validation policies.
· Advanced knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and word processing and spreadsheet skills.
· Laboratory, product, and manufacturing knowledge/experience are a plus.
Requirements:
This position requires the ability to lead the design, architecture, development and ongoing support of Salesforce.com CRM solution.
The Candidate must be hands-on and have proven experience to…
a) Lead the design, architecture, development and support of global Salesforce.com solution from beginning to end.
b) Lead a technical team of Salesforce.com consultants and work collaboratively to determine the appropriate solution.
c) Mentor technical team members on the team.
d) Deliver excellent presentation and technical design and architecture documentation.
e) Work under tight timeline and ability to multi-task.
f) Participate and lead technical discussions.
g) Work with business representatives, business analysts to quickly understand requirements.
h) Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a client solution.
KEY SKILLS
• Salesforce.com Architecture and Design
• Salesforce.com Development
• Salesforce.com Administration
• Salesforce.com Operational Support
• Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visual force, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, and Web Services & Metadata APIs
• Data migration and ETL tools such as Boomi, CastIron or Informatica
• Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com such as ERP, Order Fulfillment systems.
• Strong web development skills in HTML/XML and JavaScript.
• Customer Service and Call Center experience is a huge plus.
