As a key member of the Marlabs global recruiting team, Lynette gets to interact with

Indumathy joined Marlabs in early 2006 as a Project Lead in the Insurance domain. Her technical ability along with her strong communication and management skills helped Marlabs win several long-term projects. Within six months from coming on board, she was promoted to Project Manager. Indumathy has been successfully anchoring major data migration engagements based on Microsoft technologies. Her achievements have earned her awards such as “Employee of the Month” and “Performer of the Year 2006.” She says that freedom in project execution and the training and development programs at Marlabs empower her and her team to excel. Indumathy balances her hectic work schedule with gardening, reading, and occasional travel.

responsibility that Marilou does not take lightly. She and her team are passionate

With extensive experience in domains as diverse as Finance and Accounting, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing (ERP), and Engineering, Ananda joined Marlabs in December 2007 to manage offshore delivery of Java projects for some of our large clients. Having led teams with more than 100 members in his earlier assignments with the National Health Insurance Fund, Bulgaria and Walt Disney, Orlando, US, he appreciates the nurturing work environment that encourages all employees to excel and drive customer satisfaction.

Activities involving requirements analysis and software design have given Kamal the opportunity to work on latest technologies such as Microsoft .NET 3.0 Framework, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, and Windows Workflow Foundation. Providing technical guidance to various development teams is part of his job, but he goes the extra mile and encourages all his team members to find out-of-the-box and innovative solutions to customer issues. During weekends, Kamal enjoys his huge collection of music and books!

A typical day begins with the estimation of daily development and testing effort for the team, says Safeesh who is currently responsible for the delivery of a litigation management system for a major US insurer. Between client interactions and finding solutions to critical production issues, he makes sure to find time to guide his team members and help them grow. He says that this is possible only because of the organizational culture that encourages support and collaboration. |
