A four phase BPO methodology securely transfers your processes to our offshore center in a methodical step-by-step approach - that enables you to stay in control and be assured of optimal productivity and quality while mitigating risk.
Discovery
During this phase, we analyze your needs and list the candidate processes for outsourcing. A process prioritization method is employed to rank processes on their suitability for outsourcing. Selected processes are mapped and technology requirements for running the process are identified. At this time, service level agreements and exceptions are documented.
Transition
During this phase, we ready the processes for migration to the offshore center. Hiring profiles are identified and hiring processes are developed. The technology infrastructure is setup and made “ready to go.” We also conduct training programs and ensure that all associates are fully trained and ready-to-execute.
Pilot
During the pilot phase, select processes are outsourced in a controlled environment. Trainers monitor the quality of processes and take corrective action if needed. In some instances, the outsourced and non-outsourced processes are run in parallel to ensure consistency of results. A final readiness assessment is made preparatory to going live.
Production
All selected processes are fully migrated to the offshore center. A road map is made for achieving the service level agreement. We also begin to track metrics to set the basis for continuous process improvement. You can track outsourced processes through a personalized web-based scorecard that presents key process metrics.
